Who is the club for?
Exceptional Dentistry is proud to offer our Brighten Teeth for Life Club. This club is extended to patients who prove themselves as individuals who take their oral health seriously. We believe that it is extremely important to maintain the recommended preventive visits with our hygienist, and we would like to reward those who do!
What do Members Get?
- One tube of whitening gel at every preventative visit (upon their request).
- Lose your trays? Replacement trays at only $53! (Reg. $153)
How to Join the club
Becoming a member of our Brighten Teeth for Life Club is easy to do. There’s two options:
OPTION 1: Sign up for the club and purchase our At-Home Whitening Kit at the club member’s only price at $299 (reg. $350) (Includes: custom whitening trays, & 3 tubes of whitening gel).
OR
OPTION 2: When you purchase ANY of our other whitening treatments you can sign up, simply notify one of our team members that you’d like to join the club!
Choose from:
- 1hr Zoom Whitening – Includes: in-office zoom, custom whitening trays, & 1 tube of whitening gel
- Any of the KÖR whitening treatments
Staying a Club member for life
You get to reap the benefits of this club for as long as you live (pretty cool, right?!)
All you need to do is keep *every preventive visit at the recommended intervals in order to remain a member of this club. Like we said, this club is only for people who take their oral health seriously, and being seen regularly is the best way to ensure you stay healthy and happy.
*All preventative visits must be done in our office. Alternating with a periodontist who we’ve referred you to also qualifies.
